BestView In The Midlands started out in 2012 as just one man creating a small, local window cleaning round. This would be just the first step on a long road of an ever-progressing business. Since then, the business has evolved and branched out in many different directions and continues to do so to this day.
We feel that the exponential growth of the business is due to the level of motivation, attention to detail and the work ethic shared by all of its employees. Our first and most important rule is to “ensure that the customer is glad that they chose us”.
Customer satisfaction is paramount, here. We believe that the most effective form of recommendation is that of word-of-mouth and if a customer is willing to recommend us to a friend or family member, then we have earned their approval. This is what we aim for, both as a way of attracting new business and as a method of gauging the quality of service we are providing.

We provide a multitude of cleaning and pressure washing services to the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. Whilst many of the services we provide to individual customers may not vary a great deal in their nature, the methods that they require can be quite different from one job to another.
Example of this are… when cleaning windows, some glass responds better to the good old fashioned ladder, squeegee and cloth clean whereas hydrophilic glass reacts much better with use of the purified water systems. Some driveways may require pre-treatment when others may not. When washing lorries, stronger chemicals may be required to produce an ideal finish based on the individual trucks average mileage.
It is our experience in carrying out the array of jobs on offer that means we are able to make these assertions and produce the customers desired results as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. You pay for the result, the method of getting there is our responsibility.
